Do I need to do anything?
Not at all! Simply be open to receiving the healing. You don’t need to log in, be anywhere specific, or follow a rigid schedule—it all happens seamlessly in the background. After each healing session, I’ll send you an email sharing insights about what was released. While you don’t have to read the emails, I recommend it—they include optional tips to enhance your journey! There’s also an online group you can join for extra connection, but it’s totally up to you. This experience is designed to fit your flow.

"I’m so thankful for the Becoming Fearless 21 day healing - I can tell my fears have been cleared (in more depth than I realise, I’m sure!) and am noticing more clarity, calmness and focus to move forward without the distractions of fear-based thinking.
This was the second 21 Day healing I have signed up for and it was just as amazing - including fantastic daily communication and information from Hayley (email and a message in the app group chat - as well as her replies to questions and messages in the chat).
I felt very supported and safe, and otherwise just went about my usual day unaware when the healing was happening. The group were so lovely in the chat, and people shared as much or as little as they liked which was always very supportive.
At times I felt tired and had the odd weekend day of feeling a bit 'out of sorts' but this was just temporary and meant a lot was being shifted - and even on the few nights of less sleep I magically had enough energy to easily get through the next day.
Overall I feel lighter, and more focussed on consciously approaching things from a place of love rather than fear which will do wonders I’m sure!

I’ve had some interesting and enlightening experiences over this time. I can’t say I’m entirely without fear, but I was certainly given opportunities to practice courage in the face of fear so I’m feeling very pleased with what was achieved.
