These journeys are all about creating space within yourself to embody a new you without baggage from years of childhood and family patterns, heavy energy and blocks.
The more '21-day healing adventures' you do, the more space you'll create! The more space you create, the more magic can appear! WAHOO!!
Personally, I think our throat chakra is one of the most essential chakras!
It connects the spiritual to the physical and aids in bringing our desires to life. Everything we dream of having must pass from the higher dimensions into our physical reality, and we do that through our throats!
Emotionally the throat chakra is associated with self-expression, communication, truth, authenticity, honesty, confidence, clarity, creativity, openness, integrity, independence, trust, willpower & more.
When your throat chakra isn't functioning correctly, you can feel completely shut down!
On a physical level, it's where our thyroid sits. The thyroid regulates our metabolic rate, growth, and development. It also contributes to heart, muscle, digestive function, brain development and bone maintenance.
It's a super important gland.
The throat chakra is also associated with the neck, throat, jaw, mouth, parathyroid glands, vocal cords, trachea, esophagus, ears, hearing, respiratory system, cervical spine, teeth, gums and shoulders.

The healings are 100% spirit-guided and will likely cover all of the above and definitely more—the group's needs will guide the healing direction!
With these 21-day healing adventures, I always offer some optional activities to enhance the healing.
This time, the optional extra is a manifesting challenge.
With the throat chakra being a pivotal energy center for our manifestations, there's no better time than now to use this space to:
1. allow energy healing to open up our manifestation abilities, and:
2. use our throats (and other techniques) to voice & manifest our desires

Do I need to do anything?
No! Just be open to receiving the healing.
You don't have to log on anywhere or be anywhere at specific times - it's all done in the background. After each healing I will send an email telling you what happened. You don't even have to open the email if you don't want to but it is recommended.
The email includes 'optional extras' should you choose to engage more!
You are welcome to engage in the online group but again, it's entirely optional!

What's a healing adventure?
It's group healing where we all heal together. I tune into the group's energy, and we ALL shift the energy. It's super powerful and super potent!

Isn't one-on-one better?
They're totally different - group healing tunes into the group's energy and clears everything it finds, but only on one topic at a time. One-on-one sessions are targeted at what you have going on and can cover all sorts of angles!

Why do these 21-day healings?
Seriously... why not? For only $22 who knows what blocks you may release. You may think you have your life sorted but who knows what might be lurking beneath the surface. If this healing removes only one block you have won on the deal. And, who knows you may shift loads (like many do) and completely change your life!

Is there a guarantee it'll work?
No one can guarantee you'll get the healing you want. I certainly can't guarantee you'll be fully healed, but I can guarantee that I'll complete the healing as promised and create a space for you to heal this part of yourself. Ultimately, you are the one who is responsible for being open to receiving the healing and allowing the changes to happen. You may even see changes in completely different areas of your life - that's how healing works sometimes!

Will it be painless?
Sometimes, you may feel some physical sensations, and now and then, some have strong physical responses to the healing. Tiredness and headaches can occur on some days when the healing is deep and intense. I always look at this as a great sign that things are moving! Drinking loads of water and resting when you need will help this!

I will do each healing when guided - when the next layer appears and requires shifting. I will send a group email with the details each time healing is complete. There will be 21 emails in total at random times.

I have the ability to tune into the group as a whole and see what it needs - everyone's energy brings a unique twist that will end up helping everyone! You will be part of the creation energy!

You need not do anything except be open to the healing. There are no group calls to attend, no meetings - nothing! It's super Easy!
But... if you want to, you are welcome to comment in the group or email me with what is happening for you, and I may add that pattern to the subsequent healing sessions when it feels right.
The benefits of group healing are HUGE!
We clear everything from everyone. An individual session clears the stuff on top, but you may have an underlying energy pattern that needs shifting that you are currently unaware of. Shifting it before you know you need to can save years of healing time!
This healing does not include giving you personal messages.
It is a group healing where energy is seen collectively and not individually. If you'd like a more intimate experience, please book a one-on-one session.

"I’m so thankful for the Becoming Fearless 21 day healing - I can tell my fears have been cleared (in more depth than I realise, I’m sure!) and am noticing more clarity, calmness and focus to move forward without the distractions of fear-based thinking.
This was the second 21 Day healing I have signed up for and it was just as amazing - including fantastic daily communication and information from Hayley (email and a message in the app group chat - as well as her replies to questions and messages in the chat).
I felt very supported and safe, and otherwise just went about my usual day unaware when the healing was happening. The group were so lovely in the chat, and people shared as much or as little as they liked which was always very supportive.
At times I felt tired and had the odd weekend day of feeling a bit 'out of sorts' but this was just temporary and meant a lot was being shifted - and even on the few nights of less sleep I magically had enough energy to easily get through the next day.
Overall I feel lighter, and more focussed on consciously approaching things from a place of love rather than fear which will do wonders I’m sure!

I’ve had some interesting and enlightening experiences over this time. I can’t say I’m entirely without fear, but I was certainly given opportunities to practice courage in the face of fear so I’m feeling very pleased with what was achieved.
A surprising one was receiving an email from my ex-husband after many years, acknowledging a significant anniversary for both of us. This came in the day after you did healing on the heart chakra.
